A man was arrested in San Luis Obispo on Thursday after allegedly threatening his girlfriend. Omar Gutierrez was taken into custody without incident Thursday afternoon after law enforcement swarmed the San Luis Ranch neighborhood and blocked off a road with police tape, according to the San Luis Obispo Police Department. Police said Gutierrez was taken to a hospital for treatment and was expected to be booked into the SLO County jail on suspicion of several charges. #slo #police #investigation #video #slocounty
