A suspect was arrested on Thursday after a domestic violence investigation closed of a SLO neighborhood road. Police swarmed the San Luis Ranch neighborhood and had closed off Harvest Street at San Luis Ranch Road as of 3:30 p.m. A person was in custody as of around 4:30 p.m., SLO Police Department Chief Rock Scott told The Tribune.
